Directions

Mix all the spices together in a small bowl and use to coat the pork roast.

Put oil into the instant pot and set to "Sauté" mode. When the oil starts to sizzle, brown the roast on both sides. Next, add apple juice and water to the instant pot.

Cover and lock lid in place. Select high pressure and set the timer to 25 minutes.

When the instant pot beeps, turn it off and release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, then use a quick pressure release to discard any remaining pressure.

When the valve drops, remove the lid with caution. Spoon out your roast and serve with vegetable of choice.
